How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who contacts Metersinvite Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Handle
You can write to us about:
- Your experience phoning or contacting Metersinvite Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Metersinvite Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If you are worried about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Colorado.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@metersinvite.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Once we have looked into it, we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
